Hi Grahame, can I ask how you attached the jerry can holders on the back? resting on the bar? Rivnuts? cheers, also keen on seeing your inverter and power switching set up. Nice work!

@NotYourAveargeAlien I tek screwed into the rear bar had to use packers to level it up. I was going to rivnut the top against the van but don't think it needs it and would rather not put holes on the panel if I can avoid it. I will do a video on the inverter install soon. Sorry for the delayed response, I missed this message.

If you don't mind me asking how much did the upgrades cost you and how long did the delivery time extend as a result?

@philipbrogden-h6h Hi Phillip, we done the inverter and DC/DC charger after handover and the other upgrades all up cost around 3k from memory. I think it's around 6 months from order. We also added ceramic coating but afterwards. I think it was $1500

Where did you get the dc-dc and inverter installed? And are running the standard twin 100ah batteries, are they enough to run the 3000w inverter?

@PG-ig4wv I got them through itech world, yes they are enough to run the inverter down to about 30% battery capacity. I installed them both, just got a sparky for the 240v connection and he also installed the switch.
