Through the loops at 3:10 is done in 3 everytime. Just max at the wall at the beginning how you did, then just simply corner shot it on that corner and it will take you right past the bridge with that club and nice and lined for the hole in 3. Very easily done everytime

Through the loops done in 3 shots. No joke. Bank it off the wall like you did and then hit the triangle at the very left hand side and your ball will be lined up for an easy hole in 3. Only done it once :D

Same, but in a different way. I went so hard through the loop but from a distance, that I passed from one side of the bottom of the loop to the other, then got it in from there. But then he does say you can do that, it's just difficult.
