Prepare food and sit down for a meal outside with the handy Traka 1800 Camp Table from Darche.
This table is a larger size so it can seat more people, but is also still compact and easy to store as the legs fold up under itself to minimise bulk. It’s got an alloy top that resists heat, a smooth surface for easy cleaning, impact resistant edges for durability and comes with a bag for storage.
In this video, our outdoor expert Lauren talks you through the features of the Traka Camp Table 1800 from Darche. She starts out with the carry bag and the packed dimensions, then takes it out of the bag and demonstrates how to set it up. After that, she shows you how to adjust the height of the table, as well as the feet when you’re on uneven ground.

Only if they make the table top scratch resistant. The dark finish also doesn't conceal the scratches well as shown on this video.

I guess if too much goes into scratch resistant materials, the price will also go up. I think you'd see big scratches clearer as these would remove the dark surface and expose the lighter colour beneath. It's a camping table anyway, scratches are inevitable. ~ Ben

Im thinknig of buying 2 of these to place side by side for board gaming and folding away when not in use due to limited space. Is the top flush, or is there height variance with each section (so are the orange boarder section sticking up much higher, and the gaps in each section small)? Also looks like staking them side by side would also leave a gap due to the locking mechanisms, can these be removed so you can sit this flush up against each other to make a 1.8 X 1.4 size gaming area

@zorba geekman, the top isn't flush, the orange trip sits around 2mm higher than the table itself. There is no gap between the sections, but you are right that you can have them side by side without a gap due to the locking mechanisms. As these locking mechanisms keep the table open & flat, I wouldnt recommend removing them. Nothing worse then someone knocking the table mid game & the whole thing starting to fold on itself.
