She is doing Jessica's part at 2:37, Jessica sings Tell me boy boy love it it it it it ah! All other members are supposed to lay their hand on Jessica's body. This girl dancer does not lay her hand on anything. Instead, she is doing a pose. So I would guess that she is doing Jessica's part.

uhm snsd's dances are of group you choose on ef them to do her dance but that happens that you look like an idiot standing there while the music goes on, I recommend you to mix all the girls moves so you don't stop dancing at any part of the song or you can add your own moves to make you feel more confortable, that's why I do so then snsd's dance is not anymore a group dance but a solo dance :)
