@@charlespk2008 honestly decent 3 in 1s aren't a problem *if* you dont have greasy, dry or curly hair. It depends solely on hair type, if you have "normal" male hair there will be no discernible difference between £2 12in1 shampoo and £15 top of the line shampoo however *if* you have greasy, curly, dry, brittle or long hair it will visibly damage your hair or make existing issues worse hence why 99% of women wont use it as their hairstyles require a lot more maintenance than the average guy's short back and sides. You can move away from 3in1 and still be frugal in spending, most hair and beauty products are 90% BS and marketing but do your research into ingredients find the scientifically legitimate ones and grab the cheapest ones that fit your needs. Aim for health and appearance will follow naturally.

My input: *-Different parts of your body interact differently with chemicals in the body gels/shampoo you use.* *-Your face's PH has a different resistance to chemicals than your scalp does, and your body has a different type of resistance to said chemicals.* -*As you get older, you might notice your skin will get drier from washing up, or even your scalp* (it can be related to your collagen production). *This is why you pick more than one instead of using those "X in 1" products.* -If you're concerned with buying more than one...I'd say you should aim for something that's PH Balanced maybe hypo-allergenic (at least). Hope this will help others as well. PS- Check out Pharmacies. They can sell/recommend you stuff for a similar price in shops, that also fulfills what I wrote about above.

I was in the shower shaving my beard when she was discussing hygiene and I smiled like "haha nice". She ain't wrong about exfoliating. I always take a 10 to 12 minute shower with a nice facial scrub, only takes 5 minutes to shave, and it feels great. Not at all, like, irritated or nicked. Just 15 minutes. Get your whole body feeling hydrated and refreshed, unlike with a quick shower.
