In Australia, you can buy new keypad rubber inserts which may be easier.

True. Those pads are still available. They're out of Poland for those in the US. Depending on what you have to pay for a solid used fob, it may make sense to buy just the pad. One of my fobs had no back and neither one had a screw cover plus I got very good pricing on a couple of nice clean used OEM fobs. Also, once I realized the blade swap was easy, it was a no-brainer.
