I would normally turn to your ‘whispering you back to sleep’ audio after a nightmare, but this is much more fitting! Your other nightmare audio is also very helpful for less intense dreams, like with pg rated spiders or snakes. But this will be good for the ones that wake me up dripping in sweat with my heart trying to escape, chiefly the ones where I get murdered by Uruk-hai. Such funny timing, had the weirdest nightmare for the first time in months last night that included: online shopping, stalking, and at the end Khloe Kardashian… and believe me when I say there never was, is not, and never will be someone less interested in the Kardashians than me in every time and space dimension! 🤷‍♀️ Needless to say it was kinda high on the creep factor.
