It's actually the Spellslinger skill, you launch Arcane Splinters, they accumulate and then they are launched.

i have a question about snapshotting damage bleeds so lets say i tiger fury then rip. then tiger fury falls off and i put rip back on to refresh the rip it still has the tiger fury buff ... right? then lets say i rip with out tiger fury then i use tiger fury to put rip back on to refresh the rip will it back snapshotting to where it was with out tiger fury so do i have to let the rip fully fall out to put it back on with tiger fury to snapshotting it higher?

Why mend pet heal? Thats only 10s cd. Thats broken. It will get removed. Only turle and surivival fittest heals.

When cloning hunter go to other pilar and use free cast on rooting the pet instead of casting regrowth next to them.
