Aries will get angry full on and Caps will pull this very very stern face but Leos immediately laugh/grin/smile venomously. My first experience with being angry was last year at work. I start to black out and feel energy in my hands and I used to cry when I get mad but not anymore. I get to the point where I cannot breathe. It’s like an outer body experience where I don’t recognize myself. Very spot on here hon! I’m Leo in everything except Scorpio rising, and it’s very rare I get angry. When I do though it’s a huge outburst, but it is always private and never in the public eye (I would never act a fool in public, haha). It also depends on how well I know the person. If it's my best friend, I don't really let her know I'm upset. If it's my siblings, I scream at them(I'm trying to work on that). I know this is strange to bring up but as a gay leo man it's really hard to find a person who understand everything you just expressed because they don't understand how important maintaining a "positive vibe" it's like when guys I met they always bring my mood down or too lazy to talk or express their feelings or they don't respect my opinions or talk lightly of it and that feeling of being "stuck" I get it and it's the worst you would be like I'm better than to bother with these stuff and I should enjoy my time not to feel trapped and losing control growing up I tend to just let stuff go and not get worked up over it but sadly most men think if you do that you either not loyal enough/interested or they try to get a rise out of you and call you weak! to be honest I'm lately single just because it's rare to find a guy who understands me and respect my feelings and it felt refreshing to see another leo man "gets it" but let's be honest we know we're hard to please and we rather walk the hard path than bend over most times and let people walk over us and in life which already hard sometimes we gotta learn to take an L and move on and not bother with petty stuff.

Libra, with mars in Leo. When I get angry the feeling literally takes over my entire body. It’s crazy, almost like a fire is igniting inside of me. But it rarely shows on the surface. Shifting the blame is one of Leo's most favourite games and leos thrive at playing mind games. As a leo I have mixed responses. I can explode on the spot as you described or I can seethe and explode later - Seething is extremely unhealthy for a Leo. i'm a virgo and i had a leo friend who would look for a new reason to argue with me every other day. he would do something wrong or hurtful and me being a virgo, i'd just keep it bottled up and he'd be like "why are you quiet? why are you mad at me? you have no right to be mad at me.." and literally make a scene in class, while i usually kept calm and told him to shut up for the love of God bc the prof can hear him. also he'd make a dramatic exit by clacking the door every time lol. it got to the point where he sometimes flipped on me for just being quiet. i tried fixing that by actually opening up bc i thought wow he must care. he didn't. every time i tried explaining whatever he did that bothered me, he'd apologize only to do it again three days later. i was crying bc of that stuff every day for a while and one time i kinda indirected him in a post, which just made me feel bad. eventually, i distanced myself bc i value positivity more than anything.
