Yep, a lot of insurance policies have a suicide clause and typically it’s 2 years - the family should have stayed quiet period! They could have dealt with the show and everyone else with having security to keep people they wanted out of the funeral. Globe Life is not a highly rated carrier in the group benefits world. Stick with a large insurance name like - Met Life, NY Life, Principal, Standard, Hartford, Mutual of Omaha, State Farm, Unum, AIG if you can qualify for their insurance.

In all insurance claims a cause of loss is needed so that is standard period. It's not because anything is questionable. Insurance has certain protocol they have to follow by law of state, province etc..so a cause of loss is 1 on the questions that needs to be answered in settling a claim whether it be property or bodily injury claims and or death claims etc..it is just one of the criteria that needs to be defined..Just like if your buying insurance there needs to be an insurable interest. Let's not put 20 on 10..please

She was a state employee, they are most likely going to pay out. It's usually a minimum of $50k. If she had supplemental insurance and she lied on the app then they won't pay that. Her husband will get her state pension, SS, and SS benefits for the minors.

Insurance companies investigate if the manner of death is questionable period. This is especially true when the death does not occur in a hospital due to a known existing condition. It doesn’t matter whether the uncle said anything or not. This is applicable to accident insurance as well. These companies don’t really want to pay out. They get rich off of people hoping to not have to pay out for many many years.

The reason why the Insurance company doesn’t want to pay for Keke’s funeral is because of her passing is due to potential suicide. Insurance companies don’t want to pay for that, if the death is NOT accidental or health related and sometimes they don’t want to pay depending on what type of health related illness the person may have suffered with. So sorry for Keke and her family. Let this be a lesson to our people about having Life Insurance and reading the fine print on what type of policy to have.

Insurance companies do have a clause on s-cide, but since mental illness is becoming more recognized as an actual illness, that is becoming an exception if they had a documented mental illness in their medical history. Basically it’s going to take them to dig a little further.

Just in doing some research, there are clauses that stay if a death is ruled an “unaliving” (not saying the other word) meaning at your own hands…insurance companies will not payout. Insurance companies will do an in-depth investigation to determine if her death was accidental and not intentional. It’s sad, but blamed her UNCLE. He should’ve never came to social media. There are insurance investigators who do thorough research before paying out anything

If Keke OD'd Mel would have blood on her hands. It is not everybody's fault. Keke did come for Kimmi but, Keke was a guest of the show at the time. Stormi wasn't on the show at the time. Keke was a cast member and her untimely death was in direct correlation with Mel bringing her on the show. If you want to be honest Keke had no place on the show. Tisha brought Keke on to put her on. Mel brought her on to specifically go after Tisha.
