I genuinely had so much fun with aut, a lot of good memories. I loved the Zenith and other dubstep stand from old universe, and I was so excited for new universe. I was disappointed at how poorly it was released but I held out hope. This pattern of disappointment and hope went on for so long and it took me until the Asgore update to finally realize that nothing will improve. The animations and visuals might, but the game as a whole won't. There was so much potential at the beginning, but it's a shame to see what greed will do to a game.

Before this update, I was a try-hard fan of aut. Their combat felt nice and rewarding plus the stand obtainment methods weren’t even that bad. You would’ve fully unlocked your desired ability once you have fulfilled the requirements of actually getting it. Although there were some bad updates here and there, those updates still kept aut playable and at least entertaining. However, this new update is so awful that I pretty much quit the moment I got into game. They removed ALL of the previous ability quests- good or bad, and replaced them with an unfun gambling mechanic. They also had to lock a precious 90% of your stand under another stupid grinding system, so not even already obtained abilities are safe from the developer’s stupidity. The fact that you cannot even fully play with the stand, with all of its intended moves, even after grinding, is the icing on top of this already inconceivable, pointless and pathetic update. Aut has truly lost its purpose and identity of being a sandbox fighting game, only to turn into a soulless gambling experience. I hope they revert this unplayable update or aut will eventually lose all of its players.

Aut immediately went into the depths of the abyss as soon as they made the summer update. Seriously, the game really had potential. They could have made you able to go to different universes where there's alternate stands making a really diverse set of stands, for example. The game COULD have had a lot of ideas that made it fundamentally different from other JoJo games, but they squandered it for the sake of greed. Something also funny, is the fact they could have gotten more money if they actually didn't add all this nonsense RNG and focused on listening to the community. Truly a shame.

3 weeks ago, I came back for my monthly grind out of new abilities (and again now for luffy, shanks, and gear five luffy). and literally as I was experiencing this all for the first time since i hadnt been on since before the "gambling update" (as i like to call it), I had said to myself, "I wonder if eclipse is gonna do a video on this, this is so dumb and im sure he can inspire change in the dev's." Now I have my answer. You DID make a video on it, covered it perfectly, and dropped that you weren't going back to it (not that its changed much at all instead just adding MORE gambling). And I have to say, although I love this game, I'm probably going to have to put it down for good, and thats just upsetting to me. I hope they fix it one day. I hope they give us what they promised. I play because, for first, grind is ez. Absolutely easy, and you can get any skin in a matter of second. Just get any 200 lvl ability, like umbra, twoh, gojo and farm a hour for 150+ k ushards. Idk, most people just seem too terrified about "aaaah greedy gambling game" But its not greedy. Really not. The only problem was the optimization, but Ecplise just wanted to make aut look dirty so he took the clip of him runnung not even in his region. Seriously, play the game. Join your region. Enjoy the game. If you are not playing on potato, of course. Banner system is quite annoying, but not really that bad. I got more than 1k total spins in a 6-7 hours.

I've been an aut player since the dawn of the game, I've been playing through updates that I don't like because, among the bad things, I'd still have my fun playing with people and even remembering what it was before it all, as even if it wasn't the best game and just some thrown together stuff, I'd still have lots of fun with it in a manner that not even well put together games from better companies could do. After this update, I've felt like the game I've been playing died right then and there, I can't recognize it anymore as it isn't the game I've had fun with. I don't know what this disaster was or what this all means for the devs, but I just wish it would either go back to being good or just stop trying

The start of the New Universe as well as the start of the later combat rework were full of jankiness, but they were what made the game so special to me. Grab trading, no s on ragdoll, M1 into moves, etc. Yes, from a competitive standpoint, the game's combat was completely terrible. But I'd like to imagine that everyone agrees with me on this: AUT's charm came from it being a sort of ability sandbox with light-hearted combat mechanics. Even the buggy mess that was its PvP had its own flair. It's a shame to see that everything has become so soulless as of late.

I joined AUT when new universe came out. Had a great time and all with all of my friends just grinding for specs and fighting with them. When the summer update was released I was so happy because I was finally able to get umbra and demolish my friends. After I got all the skins from the summer update I kind of quit for a while because it had been rumoured for a while that my main spec Goku was gonna get a rework. No more news ever came out on that so when AUT announced a 3.0 update I was so exited. Needless to say I logged, looked around, and left. No news on my favorite spec that I waited a long time for (which looked to be done from the move set leaks), and instead of arriving to a reworked Gojo and Yuta from JJK (which I was exited for because those are my two favorite characters) I got met with Gojo being removed from my inventory, and Gambling. I’ve had a long history with AUT, and I feel so sad that a game where me and my friends spent hours 1v1ing just turned into a cash grab that doesn’t even offer to put out interesting ideas that dont include money. Cause of all that I dont think I’ll ever play this game again. It hurts to say but yeah, I think this is it for AUT.

How can people do this? The old aut was the most fun game ive played i didnt care about the problems that much but i really enjoyed it. Then some updates came, the new map made me kinda mad but i got the hang of it. I remember getting cursed orbs talking to jotaro it was so much fun. After that i traded my stwr for goku and that was my dream spec. I then stopped playing the game. I tried it again but the level system, move cap, and stand getting was just horrible. I could grind for hours to unlock 3 Moves and still only have like level 50. I was just unlocking chests and i got noctornus from the shards. But it felt different cause I never thought i would obtain noctornus this easily. It just didnt feel deserved even thought i had it, it just felt like the pain people had to go trough to get it and boom you get it from a stupid chest and you got everything. I miss when you had to grind for stuff (not for 9 hours) and go trough pain and then feel the relieve you made it. Still it was a great game but now the devs just feel like destroying it so... Theres no hope of it coming back. No hope, developers just love very love destroying their games they love it. Either it is bad system, bad combat, absurdly low chances of getting something, NO UPDATES etc., so that's that the end of aut and jojo games.

If you wanted anything good you needed to install an autoclicker and leave your pc on overnight or even longer. I was honestly, no joke, SO excited to play aut once i buy a new laptop (my current one is ass and cant run it). The videos i saw on gojo and cursed child looked so good and fun to use. When i finally got the laptop and got on, i was crushed, destroyed, genuinely sad. I played aut since the early old universe days. I’ve pretty much seen it all. After seeing the trailer i was so excited for this update. Then i load into the game. My ping is at an all time high. My camera is bouncing all over the place, and there are arrows blinding me. It just kept getting worse. I saw my moves were gone, I saw the trait system and the gacha and that’s when i lost all hope. I'm a long-time AUT fan and came back to the game recently to see what it's like. Despite all of its issues, the game was still fun. Obtaining abilities was rewarding and felt significant, fighting npcs and bosses was fun, and the game actually ran. Today, after logging on, I don't think I can call this the same game. It's horrible. I was excited for Yuta and Gojo but the whole ability shard thing and how easy it is to get items is ridiculous. They absolutely gutted the game of its depth and just made it a shallow, one-dimensional, generic gacha sim. I may as well just go to a casino at this point.

Day 1 Player, played through every major update Aut had. I liked the game before because everything was just fun chaos and things weren't that hard to get except for certain ball related item, but other than that everything was genuinely fine. Dawn was just my favorite because giant swords When added m1 cooldowns to remove infinite combos, I understand where theyre coming from, like if new people joined and played the game and they're stuck in a combo for 30 seconds. Yeah, that's not fun The Heat System and New Combat 3.0, some issues here and there, Heat system kind of dumb since you can still use most of your moves if you land several m1s and a barrage even. Also what happened to making fair and playable, like Broly and Yone got the worst treatment and it was one of the best ability to combo and just have relative fun with, meanwhile 2 abilities becomes the most vile upgrades when 3.0 rolled out. And these ability are Killua and Sakuya. And I will not be ezplaining my hatred towards them. Now when I heard about the Dawn Rework, I was ecstatic, until I realize its basically "Random bullshit go" and Win. Like what happened to balanced abilities and fair to fight? Im too lazy to talk about bosses but, except that the nerf to minos ability was mostly unnecessary except for the autoaim aspect for 1 of its move. Now the new update, im disappointed, genuinely thought that aut devs would try to continue making rational decision towards the game. Like most of the quests to obtain abilities normally? Dust, Fighting new abilities releases by the devs? Nah that shit will combo you to oblivion until they decided to nerf it in 3 months with heat. Want to have fun? Nope, gotta buy a private server and hope to god that people aren't absolute dicks in publics. The one thing I can give to this update is the npc rewards when you beat them. Thats all, the vfx are great as usual, But they still haven't rework 50% of the abilities that requires it to even function. Like even Dawn was playable before the rework and genuinely still balanced, compared to broly who's walking on a magma of "Where are my buffs/Rework", And they chosen Dawn and made it horrible to fight against. After the combat rework I genuinely started loving AuT. It became my alternative for a Jojo game, since I lost every single bit of hope in YBA. Maybe there wasn't a LOT to do. Maybe some stands were too powerful for their own being. But I felt the game had a lot of life to it's movesets and models. It was fun as hell. Coming in and playing some 1v1s from time to time was a fun way to spend my time. And, even though its the least for me, skin grinding was way too easy. Like, I ended up having like 3 mythics and a few event skins with little to no effort. But now I don't even want to play anymore. I stayed when they added levels and ascensions. They were just for Main Game and PvE, so what do I care? But now... Traits? Moves having to be unlocked? It's just not worth it anymore. And it's sad, cause' now I feel that I have nowhere to go when it comes to Roblox Jojo games. Maybe I'll just go back to TB2, hell if I know. Still love that game

It's disappointing to see what's become of the game. When NU released, it felt like something unique, like it had a soul. It's sad how you can think back to each update to see the massive changes that have happened since update 1.4 (The update where legendary skins were introduced if I'm not wrong) and then 1.5 (Summer), 1.6 (Locke) etc. It began it's downfall during the combat rework (Also the 1.6 update). Where they began to add more unbalanced combat, more mythic skins (were introduced in 1.5 but there were only 6 different ones) and overall just a more money grab type game. I miss the old days BEFORE the summer update when the game wasn't money hungry and ACTUALLY fun to play. Most of all, the 1.4 update which had legendary skins was probably my favorite time. Legendary skins weren't the most appealing back then, but they were more than just basic recolors like Blue TWHV, and combat wasn't balanced either but it isn't the dogshit like it is today. I wish I could go back to those days of update 1.4 or earlier 😔. Seeing those little clips of previous updates really made me sad, this game just isn't the same anymore.

There are times where I feel like people exaggerate abt how bad "X" thing may be. But... Wow. I was honestly pretty hyped for Yuta and Gojo cause they seemed... Well, pretty fun to play and very well polished. But... That literally just got ran over and smashed by the other shitty decisions of the aut devs. I can't describe how dissapointed I am.

Same, I was so excited to grind my ass off for a cool spec in the AUT I knew and loved, the one that managed to make my IQ drop enough to even consider playing it longer than 30 minutes… But I was met with what felt like an alien world along with a 2 second all the way to never delay. Safe to say I won’t be touching the game for what looks like ever.

I definitely agree with you here, they decided that "Oh? YBA you're ruining yourself and becoming bad? I gotchu bro" and decided to become worse. Honestly whoever came up with this wasted their time and resources as well as ours which we took to get our abilites and items, many of which are wiped. At this point I'd rather favour stand upright rebooted or even abd over whatever in the name of hell this has become. If they dont revert their update they're going to regret it one day anyway for sure.

I prefer the old aut so much, the little random jojo game in the middle of other 2000 random jojo games, i really liked that it was the kind of game that was fun and people enjoyed somehow more than the other 27159823175027 other random jojo games, and i was one of them. Honestly i don't even know how the owners managed to update, make it kind of better and more famous, then destroy themselves just as they made the game better

When the first map change came I thought that was a start of a big downfall until the combat rework which seemed to improve the game until I got introduced to an even bigger hole that is this one.

You got it absolutely spot on, I felt the exact same way. I remember I lost all hope for the game after the first map change because we waited 3 months for it, got so much sneaks of things including d4c lt, and when it finally comes out all it fucking adds is the new map that gets replaced in a week. Thats when I lost all hope and respect for AUT

So my main problems with the game (aside from the lag) is: - the 7 moves limit - the rng you need to get chronos ability/gojo (chronos is a 0.1 to get 1 or 3 shards, and gojo's blindfold is 10% apparently) - the movement leveling up - They removed bikes and skins slot for inventory, making it harder to equip skins. - how they can literally not learn about the rng factor making people mad. - you can reroll for traits... Why - every obtainment for any stand is only now rng, no quest that correctly rewards you, no quest that is logical, pure rng. The only few good stuff is possibly the crates, the gamemode rework I think, the items from crates being "easier" to get. The lag in the public servers got "fixed" but it's still going awful sometimes, it only works in private servers, which makes everything just pain. I've been grinding for gojo since the update, and guess what, I got nothing, same for chronos, just today I got 2 shards... Out of 3. I want to cry, I just want to cry, the only good parts of aut got destroyed. Also people are trading their twr (THE MOST EXPENSIVE SKIN IN AUT, UNOBTAINABLE) for gojo. Great intelligence, one of the WoS owners was talking to us about adding gojo in their game too. I want to cry, again. Pd: the aut devs think we are brats for complaining.

So the things I like about the update: Chronos Warden Gojo Yuta Things I didn’t like: The new leveling system The ability banner The new crates opening The item card things infinite mythics? Literally EVERY ability needing shards STANDLESS NEEDS SHARDS the priest is useless now “Unusual mythics” Not all the moves can be completed on any stand It’s laggy asf TOO GRINDY ITS LITERAL DOGSHIT I’m still giving the aut devs a second chance on making the game better

Man second chance is an understatement. 😭 over and over and over again they've just ripped the life and soul out if this game. The game really peaked around 1.4, wish there was a separate game to go back to those days when the game was just about perfect.

I agree with most go the stuff you didn't like except the ability banner and the crate. Of course most stuff should be a quest for obvious reasons.... But for most other stuff I say I prefer the fact I could obtain that in the banner and whoever said "for do a multi you take too much time" I say just this: in 30 minute of farming i usually get around 50K Ushard (12 multi plus 2K). Yeah it's so much grindy and boring now and I totally agree. Most of the legendary should be quest or harder to get (gojo obtain method it's one if the most bullshit thing I ever seen, you need to wait him in summon, find 3 shards, then level up good ability to 150+ for the quest and it's the only single one where if the boss kill you it despawn and has the drop chance crazy low). I prefer by a mile the new crate system after you kill the mob, whoever say it was better when the method for obtain the items was stay afk hours in your vip then hope it spawned it's lying to himself. All the other stuff they added it's literally described in: let's kill our game lol.
