Those low friction rings for reefing look like a really good idea ... I might copy that

Pumped for you San Blas content. It's on my bucket list. Congrats on the new main and what a save on the batten extender idea. Thanks for the entertainment!

I’m so glad to see you guy’s back in the water! What a great save on the battens, genius! San Blas is great with lots of “Characters” like Plucky who kind of use that as their home base and know all the natives to get water & veggies. I think lot’s of people stop to make repairs at Shelter Bay and just stay in the area for years, but they are able to get deliveries there too. I can’t wait to see if you like it there as much as some of them do….🍀

Looking forward to you adventures in the Carribean/Atlantic and further ! Also, looks like you passed by MV Kariwa (Nordhavn 62, heading towards the Pacific) on your way out of Shelter Bay Marina !

The new main sail looks good ! Great modifications. It will be great to see your adventures in the Caribbean. I watch a dozen or so sailing channels and I think you're the first one I've watched going from Pacific to Atlantic. Lots go from Mexico to South Pacific but it seems that would be totally jumping out there into LaLa land. Lots of great places for you to see, no doubt you'll hole up somewhere for Hurricane season. Take care and the dogs are looking pretty content !

Hi Mark and Taylor, great video, I dont know, I was born and have spent most of my life in the Caribbean, for the most part in the city of Cartagena, Colombia, so whenever you want to stop by my hometown, you guys are very welcome, and if you desire it you can even stay in my house , rgs

So, kind of an odd question. In your video of packing the boat up for dry storage at Marina Seca in San Carlos, there is a shot of the forward head. How is the trash can mounted on the door? We have been using the shower stall on our Caliber 40 but really like the use of the space where you have yours. It looked like it went behind the door to hang there. I was thinking Velcro could work as well with the right can.

The trash has a little lip on it designed to hang off the front of a cabinet door, I think we got it on Amazon several years ago!

It looks like the boom is resting on the dodger?
@MakingOurWay6 ай бұрын
The boom is supported by the rigid vang. It will sometimes contact the dodger or the piece of canvas that connects the dodger and Bimini if the or main sheet are too tight.

This video must be old because those protests were months ago. Over for months.
