My husband put lights under the cabinets when he built the kitchen but I have never figured out how to turn them on and I never think to used them especially since I so rarely cook anymore. I wanted some ice cream this evening and I needed him to scoop it for me as I was in too much pain to walk to the fridge and walk to the cupboard to get a bowl as well as a spoon, but they do look nice. Yipee! Plenty of drawers and cupboards!!! That pantry is almost big enough to be a bedroom in the middle of a single wide! It can't be in this house as it doesn't have a bathroom attached. LOL That extra room could be a sewing room or a library. I've officially run out of space for all my books. I like the accent of purple in the master bathroom. The other two bedrooms and bathrooms can be repainted if they like to show of the kids personality. That space by the toilet in the masterbath would certainly be useful if a disabled person was using it. While I'm not wheelchair bound yet, last week I had to have my husband come and help me off the toilet. As people get older they may need help and more room in the bathroom. I thought it would cost more! I liked this house. It had a great kitchen for spreading out. Can you imagine making Christmas cookies and having room to spread them all out?!

WOW, what a price on this gorgeous house! I don't miss the dining room at all other than that I usually think 'woo, that could fit some freezers'. I love the individual bathrooms, and LOVE the powder room. This is incredible. I wonder if anybody in my neck of the woods would have this'n. I'll be here Thursday - that resort is so pretty!! Makes me miss my dad, he helped build communities that had those bright pretty colors in Santa Rosa, etc.

You could always use that sitting room as a dining room for special occasions. I was wondering where you could put a freezer. And a partition would have to go in between the toilet and tub in the master bath. The den was super cozy, a great place to watch movies and hang out. My only pet peeve that just irks me is the floor vents. At that price point they really should make the vents in the ceiling.

Love this one! Instead of a formal sitting area, I would set up that huge open kitchen to have a small dining "room" area with a small sitting area near the office room with the glass doors. I'm not big on the islands as a dining area due to not being able to sit comfortably on a high-top chair. A few color changes here and there and boom! There it is... long term home!

They look beautiful but would be the devil to keep clean, my first thought was oh wow, nice then my practical side said nope don’t want to be cleaning those everyday. A KZbinr who does design ideas, declutter, cleaning advice has black granite counters and hates them now because while they are beautiful she is wiping them down multiple times a day.

@@lindacouncil1353 I had white cabinets also for 2 1/2 years, and in my experience they showed everything epecially dust build up, not to mentioned build up residue from cooking. I had to constantly wiped down those cabinets everyday. They were white when we moved in there, I couldn't wait to paint over them!!! When I move into my retirement forever home my cabinets will definitely be black, maybe this green cabinets that I've seen or I'll just stick with the dark mahogany chocolate color anything other than white!! 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Nice but I would move the toilet in the master next to the shower instead of the tub. I would add some storage in that empty space, next to the tub once the toilet is moved or I would add a pony wall to separate the tub and toilet. I also like white cabinets.

Best home ever! 🥰 Big pretty kitchen: the size of the pantry was a nice surprise. That flex room would be my office. The family room is stunning, the fireplace makes it look so cozy. It's great that each person would have their own bathroom, with a half bath for guests. Beautiful master bath & pretty tub and shower tiles. Wow, I expected the price for a home like this to be in the $300k range. 😳

I would put white appliances, and light colored cabinets in the kitchen, and light colors throughout. The kitchen island would be great for baking. I love that the cabinets in the laundry will keep stuff up and out of the way. I love the Master bedroom and bath!

Love to see the corner room off of the living room. separation without being, or feeling, completely closed off; even with the doors because they're typically glass or see-through in some way. It has me feeling really nostalgic. they used to be fairly common in mobile homes. My babysitter's house had one, and that was our play area and i remember it catching the perfect light later in the day, and sun rays hitting the pattern on the door was so pretty.

My son and I just looked at one and the pantry looked like cabinets but the pantry was back there and it was half the width of the house and about 6ft wide..... I was like we're turning that into a safe room also.... It was gorgeous..... I love that it has just a half bath for company to us.... I know that probably sounds weird but I don't like people being in my bathroom or in my son's bathroom.... To me that's our private place.....

Not crazy about all the black (though I do like the black faucets in the bathrooms), but I’m sure there are options. With 3 adults this is exactly what we need, we just need one more bedroom/bathroom suite for the guest bedroom! We’d use the living room as a dining room and the family room for the living room, we currently don’t use our formal living room so this would be the perfect setup. The office space would make the “purr-fect” cat room with the glass doors, it’s close to where everyone congregates but provides a place for our Pooties when keeping them behind closed doors is needed and eliminates the poop-shacks in areas where we really rather not have them!😹 Silly, I know, but everyone has a dream house and ours requires a room for the cats!😹

I love this house. I love the matte black accents outside and inside of the house. I think the bedrooms each having their own bathroom takes up space that could be added to the bedroom space as well as the family room measurements could’ve also added to the bedroom’s as well. It’s a beautiful home but there’s a lot of wasted space.
