I love to see this. The mom doesn't act like she is embarrassed for her child. After she picked him(?) up which upseted him, she talked to him, maybe explained why he isn't supposed to go on the stage. Sometimes the parent just pulls the child away and acts like it would be unimportant what the kid wants. It is important that children are learning that their needs and will should be respected. I do not mean that they shouldn't get what they want all the time, No! But their feelings should be respected and seen. The best way to learn how important your (emotional) well-being is when your parents show you how.
