I wish we would stop talking about cost of Avocado's, If you are re-building in Florida or NC, from Hurricanes, the cost of the lumber is going to sky rocket. We import lumber from Canada and oil, so lumber will go up and transporting that lumber is going up. And anything else that needs to be transported is going up. And now that Trump has announce this, companies like Lowes and Home depot will be trying to stock up on lumber before Jan 20, putting stress on supply and driving the cost up now. YOU VOTED FOR IT.

Actually this is significant and I think its not on all goods. However, I think this is a good challenge by the media to get us to think about it. one thing I do know is we should indeed look at the prices and whether or not they are going down, staying the same, or going up beginning now till midterms. It helps because many people consider this as one of Trumps promises in food bills. The three things that Trump promised to fix was crime/border, economic/inflation/wages/employment/entrepreneur/us businessss locating back home peace in the middle east/russian peace/withdraw of US military/more spending home. What I know he wont do is ban abortion nationwide. as a catholic we are against abortion because of our spiritual beliefs. I really dont think a ban is lawful since roe v wade was overturned. I do think we need to examine abortion in the inner city young black culture. I got to know a few of obama young black rebels that he shamed. We also try to be more political especially when we have been absent. For example, we voted against deportation in the past but since crime is going to get worse in criminal establishments and drug and human trafficking we voted for Trump. However, we dont think you should have mass deportation but many are afraid crime and mass deportation go hand in hand. I dont think that we will do that. However, we need to speak ip if we see that. They literally cant mass deport in the millions but at the same time everyone knows that the ones here if not criminal should have a way to voluntarily leave and there are programs that help them. i would say they will see many issues both more efforts against the real violent elements.

I don’t think the tariffs will be implemented, although I would actually like them to be, just for a short time, to teach some of our voters a lesson. Trump initially claimed tariffs would be paid by foreign countries, and maga believed him at first, but it seems they have now caught on that he was lying about that. He said the tariffs were to induce us to buy US products, but someone must have educated him on the fact that we have no factories, and we can’t grow coffee beans here. Oops. Since tariffs will destroy our economy, he needs a way to back out of this without looking like a fool. Now, he is saying the tariffs are a way to control illegal immigration. Immigration numbers are way down in the past year because of a new program Mexico implemented at their southern border last year. And with all of the military he’s planning to send to the border, I’m guessing crossings will be reduced even further because of the fear of being shot. Problem solved! He will announce that illegal crossings have gone down due to his tariff threats! The great negotiator in chief saved our borders, and saved us from inflation! He literally started an unnecessary panic over a threat to our economy that HE created, and then will weasel out of it.

Well, Chinese are not unpredictable negotiators, they tend to stick to their words... besides the fact that they wont change their government in every 5 years. Yeah democracy is a nice thing which even the American voters dont care about, so why should anyone else, on the other hand reliability is a huge factor. With regard to Trumps bright ideas like imposing tariffs on countries with huge markets for American high end goods like Mexico Canada and china he would be wise to remember that China has been buying huge amounts of U.S. stocks over the years (to keep the value of the Yuan low ) to the extent that the U.S. is almost in hock to the Chinese at present to a great degree. If the Chinese decide to unload these stocks in bulk the result would be catastrophic for the US stock market and economy . A trade war can trigger all kinds of possibilities for reciprocal actions by the Chinese and other governments
