I love Crepes, and not just sweet dessert Crepes! You can make Crepes with so many different toppings and fillings. So today I will show you how I make a Cheesy Chicken Crepe ! Crêpes:
Eggs 2
Milk 250 ml
Flour 125 g
Vegetable oil 10 ml
Filling:
Onion 1
Olive oil
salt
Hot pepper
Chicken breast 600 g
black pepper
Garlic powder
Smoked paprika
Mozzarella 125 g
butter for frying
In a pan, heat the oil. Add the chopped onion,Chili pepper and sauté over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent. Set the fried onion aside. Pound the chicken breast with a meat mallet, season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Melt the butter in a pan and brown the chicken fillet well. Grind the chicken breast with a blender. Add fried onions and chopped mozzarella to the minced breast - mix everything well.
Make crepe batter by placing eggs, salt, flour, and milk,oil. Mix until smooth.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the skillet . Pour a little of the crepe batter in the pan and swirl it around to cover the bottom of the pan. Let cook about 1 minute, until surface loses its shine. Flip carefully. (see video for demonstration). Repeat until all batter has been used.
When the crepe and filling are done, fill each crepe as follows:
Put a few spoonfuls of filling in the middle of a crepe.
First, fold up the bottom, then fold in the sides.
Fold the filled part up over the rest of the pancake so that it is properly closed.
Lightly grease an skillet with a butter .Place the folded crepe in an skillet and let them cook until golden brown.
Serve the chicken crepes with a crispy salad.
