Thanks a lot for letting me have another look of VNA. Usually, I try to avoid VNA because of their low-quality customer service, food and inflight entertainment. The price is also quite high compared to other airlines in the area. With your video, I think I will definitely fly with VNA in the future. I also wanna be proud of my country's national airline.

Thank you for sharing your comment:) I have to say I used this flight to get from frankfurt to bali...and I have found a super price for this route with VNA over hanoi. So the price was really great for this service. I was very surprised about the such modern plane the food and the IFE so yes I can recomment you to fly with your 'home-airline'

Despite being an economy class passenger, it's really nice to see the crew served the hot towel twice (after take off and before landing). If you have a chance to fly in the business class, you should try the Vietnamese traditional dish called "Phở". It is really delicous whether you eat on a plane or in a restaurant.
