★ "So Hum" is a mantra of the Yogic tradition and refers to the awareness of being part of the universe in connection with all that exists, with nature, and with the entire cosmos. It is in connection with the natural rhythm of the breath, it can be translated as "I am that" or "I am that I am".
★ The symbol in association with today's mantra has a very special spiritual value. It is a section of the "Seed of Life" which appeared in the crop circle of Norton Plantation, nr Norton Bavant, Wilthshire, on 07/07/2023: the spiritual portal of 777, it is a geometric motif which contains all the elements of the "Flower of Life", but uses only a part of them.
The symbol also represents the potential of life, creation and expansion of the ever expanding and evolving universe. Together, they can help free us from the illusions of the ego and connect us with the divine essence that resides within each of us.
★ Why a mantra? Reciting a mantra reactivates the circle of blocked energies, calms the mind, restores harmony and rebalances body, mind and aura.
★ What is a mantra? A sound construction of very ancient origins, based on sounds, phrases or formulas that penetrate our consciousness and act on an unconscious level, freeing the mind and taking us to higher spiritual levels.
