GREAT reaction, Isaiah. This beautiful song was written for popular K-Pop singer Lee Hi**, who suffered from a slight case of anxiety/panic disorder. At times, she found it difficult to breathe. The song was written by her friend, Jonghyun, another very popular K-Pop singer. Sadly, he was battling his own demons and committed suicide in 2017. The song is about how we all struggle to breathe at times due to different challenges one has to face in their life each day. **For reference, in So Hyang's 'Day Day' video, Lee Hi is the young lady in the red top/overalls, singing next to So Hyang.

It is ridiculous how great So Hyang is! There is just no one else like her. This song, somehow, to me, is an 'underrated' performance as it is not mentioned at the top of suggestions, yet it is so flawless and beautiful. Well, that is just So Hyang being So Hyang. Not Lee Hi's song. It was written/composed by Kim Jong-Hyun, who soon after took his own life. Lee Hi has since sung it many times, once notably breaking down during a tribute performance.

I agree 100% Isaiah. After a while you learn to just sit back and know you will be blown away by virtually any song Sohyang sings. There is no better female singer I have ever heard. She is the greatest of our era, by far! She _communicates_ like no one else. And her 4th, 5th and 6th octave notes are the cleanest, purest and most emotional I have ever heard.
