That was not a whistle. Just head voice. Her English..... she speaks it in her own home. She speaks it like she was born and raised in the states.

It was high head voice. She doesn't need whistle register to achieve that high note, just head voice is enough. As discussed in vocal communities, well controlled head voice with that kind of quality is more difficult in technique than whistle. And it was very appropriate and decent to use head voice in this song cuz head voice is more elegant and graceful to express the holiness and sublime beauty of this song O Holy Night.
