To kill phil, all you have to do is spawn many nuteral plasma bottles and block phil by putting many walls on the bridge , and stairs in phase two and save, when you do /whereAreYou? and it's not here, then go to save and press the saved one, but in phase two he is fast if it helps, thanks:)
