Here are some basic tips for making trains in plane crazy: Do not use motors to move train wheels or make them rotate, they power and spin themselves. Railroads that have passenger services usually match their Coaches with their Locomotives (In RL). Locomotives or what some people call "engines" that have bigger bodies usually have Wide Noses (The Point in the front) and smaller ones have Noses with walking space on the sides, that part is correct. This is about American Railroading so I'm not sure about other countries.
