Wow! I relate to this. When I was a student at what was then a technical college, I was studying for my As - one of which was Sociology. The teacher was so rude and had a couldn't care less attitude. Turned up late for lessons, told us we were morons when we tried to express opinions, etc, etc. He was also sexist and would enjoy talking down to the females in the class. I complained about him on the understanding that it would be confidential. One day later he stormed up to me when I was in the canteen with my friends and ranted at me, telling me he knew it was me that had complained about him and said don't bother turning up in my class and expect me to teach you. So much for confidentiality. Also, the college stood by him 100% and nothing was done.
