To be fair, some of these fights are not that intuitive, specifically the Val'kyrs. They're not difficult or complicated, but if you hadn't looked at a guide, and your only explanation in raid is "stay dark until we tell you to go light", then it's not exactly a surprise if you don't know exactly what's going on.

Little does guzu know but he healed 5% of the boss without removing those buffs with the macro. Was having issues with my 25 man till we went though and made sure everyone was using the macro and frost pots if they wernt a Spriest ect

I just came here to point that, if you consider TOGC 25H a hard raid and you die in these braindead mechanics, you are pretty much 0 at PvE. The only hard content in the game is high mmr PvP and prob ICC heroic in the first weeks.
