So basically the explanation to KN2DRIPPY's sitiouation on how did he get back his full hp : for somehow everyone forgot about "Ultimates" and basically he had enough ultimate with saitama, activated it, then used a move to kill someone or randomly to regain all of is hp. yea thats it. for somehow everybody forgot about the ultimates or it might have been banned to use the ultimate attacks otherwise i dont know what happend but if ultimates werent banned thats the explanation right there.
