I will give chapter 5 a 6/10 because it felt like the first half of a two-part story. Also, I think this chapter is also about irony. 6 claimed that they are the enlighten ones who escaped the dark cave. However, the truth is the opposite. The people of Apeiron willingly locked themselves away inside a cave, comletely oblivious to the outside world and reality.

It's the first part of a 3 part story actually. The next part takes place simultaneously at a different location, and part 3 isn't out in CN yet. Also, yeah. John Titor is far smarter than anyone on the island, but I bet they'd consider her an irrational number there. They're not seeking truth, they're upholding an arcanum ritual by following pythagoreanism, a long disproven theory. Irrational numbers like Regulus (and possibly Sophia) are the ones actually searching for the truth. That explains why Arcana isn't an irrational number, she doesn't want anyone to figure out the truth of the storm. Vertin being 0 does make them special, but the fact that they're an integer implies they won't play a major part in discovering the overall mystery. Regulus (and possibly Sophia) is essentially confirmed to be very important to the plot moving forward. They definitely foreshadow a lot in this chapter and for that reason alone I adore it. I only wish more characters were present at the island before the destruction of the ritual so we could've seen their numbers. Perhaps 37 still has this ability outside of the ritual? I haven't watched CN chapter 6 because I want to play through it myself but I have no reason to expect the storytelling will fall off after the cliffhanger.

Don’t worry about Sophia not being playable, look up Yenisei who is coming up in 1.6. I promise you won’t be disappointed 👍

Good to see Reverse team sponsoring different content creators. Because i like the game and after seeing how much work devs put in it, this game deserves more attention (unfortunately not a fan of this kind of combat). And it's something PGR team needed to do years ago. Being new player right now is, well, you've missed nearly 3 years of content. But if it doesn't bother you then all good. Hope they will do enough marketing on WW.

@@nomad123ad He got recommended Limbus Company by his wife, played it a bit, but then suddenly dropped it citing drama, went to Reverse 1999 and acts like Reverse's story is the God's gift to humanity (there was a moment when he had a reaction to an orange in the same way you'd expect a terminal Limbus player to react to an apple). I could get it if gameplay was lacking or the story wants you to read Leviathan, but citing drama? While playing Genshin Impact? B.R.U.H., get your own Sinclair to decipher.

Thoughts on FGO anyone? 🤔 I'm a huge fan of the Fate franchise, just never tried the game. Can I jump in as a f2p and still enjoy it this late in the game? I'm mostly interested in a good story and music... As long as a game has those I can overlook most other nitpicks. I appreciate any insights about the game. ✌️

@@sweebos He talked about it before and I talked with some other person who plays it a lot. The tldr is amazing story, the gameplay is mid, and the gacha system is even worse. Make of that as you will and make your decision from there

@@sweebos What I can say is if you have the time to burn it can be worth it, especially if there's a specific character you want. I went for Saber Astolfo, then quit once I maxed him out.

I play this game everyday and it's so fun but boy this story... when i thought chapter 4 couldn't be boring enough with all the bureaucracy and inner politics chapter 5 is the bloody math class xD Oh and Lilya is the best too. Hopefully picked her up in that banner
