I would love to see a series, also don't forget that since you took the master key you can take the path to valley of drakes for more items or an alternate path if you can't get past Seath, because Valley of Drakes gives you access to Blighttown and Darkroot garden this means you can go around him if need be

if you're going for a dex build, the muraakumo or uchigatana can be good options. However as i've extensively played this game as a strength and quality build, any of the black knight weapons(greatsword and halberd), Demon great machete and the butcher knife are great options.
