I know its a bit farfetched but It would be cool if we had a netrunner chair in our apartment to dive into the net as a second world to explore and carry out special missions that you could access the higher your netrunner ability got and by pass parts of the game just by hacking from your apartment maybe it could be added in a mod (not likely), but they should definitely add the ability to netrun from your apartment in the next cyberpunk installment.

Back in the day you could clear an entire building with Contagion and Legendary Ping without entering the building. It was too good tbh. Was also harder for the bad guy's to spot you too.

The netrunner build is incredible fun. I tried it after I went through a surgery because while I was recovering I had to use a gamepad instead of keyboard/mouse and I never tried play with one before which means I couldn't hit shit (still can't tbh) so I decided to run a netrunner build and it is cool af... Park your car outside, ping a camera without leaving the car, disable everyone inside, kill your target, logout and drive away.

If you are only going for 12 Reflex for the 0.25% crit chance per level then it'd be MUCH better to just raise Cool to 20 for the Merciless perk which increases Crit Chance by 10% and Crit Damage by 25%

Crits for hacks simply aren't worth it. You can't get nearly as much crit chances on hacks as on weapons (even by dumping points in Merciless you can barely reach 35-40%). For that reason I'd recommend 20 tech and play tech guns like the Lizzie/Widowmaker.

@@guilhemp1383 11% from cyberware (lymbic system enhancement, 2x weakspot detectors), 2% from cool levels, 4% from armor mods (fortuna), 7% from stealth, 5% from base merciless. That's already 29%, and you can easily get 30 additional points into merciless. The idea of this build is not using weapons, just quickhacks. You can scale them a lot with merciless, as well as damage from all sources.

I didn't counted the 7 from stealth and only went for merciless +10 because I think it's always good to invest in guns a little bit to have options and more gameplay variety EDIT: base merciless is 10% not 5% (unless it has changed in the last patch, i haven't played in a while)

This archetype in particular becomes extremely broken in regular fights if you equip a legendary short circuit. Once cold blood kicks in, you can shred your targets with an smg or assault rifle because nearly every hit will be a crit.

I would definitely say that the Netdriver would be the more accurate cyberdeck for Kiwi to be using, mainly because of the scene where she spreads Short Circuit to all the Maelstromers. Of course her deck would have to be majorly modified to spread it that much, since Netdriver only spreads to 2 additional targets normally and the distance is extremely limited (6m allegedly, but seems a lot shorter in my experience). One thing I would change though....Instead of Weapon Jammer, which will keep the enemy from shooting you at least, I would instead use Reboot Optics to get the Optics Jammer daemon for breaching protocol. That way the enemies won't even be able to see you instead of just not being able to shoot. Other than that, great build.

This has actually been my fav build since a long time before the show. Always loved just walking up and clearing out a whole area in a few seconds without ever readying a weapon. Honestly it was even more fun when you could ping and then use quickhacks through walls. Really sucked when they nerfed that out of existence. You can still use cameras at least for places that have them.

It's actually been made MORE fun though. The Araska MK4 has the brilliant hacking an enemy affected by ping resets the duration of ping. As a stealth hacker it's WAY more fun to sneak around with ping permanently on hacking and stealth killing all the enemies along the way instead of just doing it sat in one spot. That's how Araska infiltrators work in the tabletop. The ping prior to 1.3 was totally broken.

I pretty much tried to speed run this build. So just as act 1 started i already have 40 street cred, maxed out intelligence, have the needed deck and legendary quick hacks, and have all the perks needed in the intelligence tree. Safe to say the game just becomes a cake walk even in the harder difficulties.

Once you start upgrading things will start to get easier its just those few starting levels you need to be careful of.

I just picked up Cyberpunk after a 3 years hiatus after its buggy release, I had almost forgotten about the game. Netripper build has a rough start, but my goodness its absolutely terrifying to watch a bunch of gangoons go from 10 to 1 against you to just a pile of bodies in 5 seconds in game.

Nice build. You should try a blue fang build. This weapon is busted. -Pop a sandavistan (preferably the 3 second cooldown build). - 1 Strong attack, then run to the next target. If the attack doesnt kill them the poison will. If the poison doesnt kill them within 1 to 3 seconds they get stunned and in which case you strong attack again and they get instant poison and a guaranteed crit. Its the most fun build ive played to datr in this game. On very hard NPCs cannot do anything to defend themselves. Just stack as much attack speed and crit damage as possible and youre golden.

Just beat the game as this build, as it was fantastic. Felt like a warlock. Suicide, is just crazy strong, and I rarely felt like I needed a weapon in my hands. The only place it gets a little dicey, is boss battles.

Another understated perk of using this build is if you do your job right you never have to fire a shot which means you don't need to rely on high fps for smooth shooting. I've maxed out the games graphics at 3440x1440-50fps so I get the benefit of the game looking pretty and slaughtering all in my path.

This is the build I always find myself using. Something about just clearing out some of the hardest missions with utmost ease. Even higher level areas would be impossible in any other situation but its a breeze after hacking all of them

Then we could use something like Pseudo New Game+ Mod to carry the character over? What I love about the Quickhack build is how much this combat style relies on the new era of technology. to fully conclude the gang builds: what would Pillars (never saw combat) and Sashas build (the netrunner featured in the ED MV and prior netrunner of the crew) be? i would assume pillar to be some sort of gunslinger/brawler mix but given the unique chrom he has not really reproductable ingame. Sasha on the other hand we get a fair bit of build information out of the MV: the high cyberpsycho cost would suggest she'd be using a mixed build for netrunning and combat. as a twist for the build and given her unique arm enhancement she would probalby use lynxpaws over the other legchrome?

I was playing back at launch and a quick hack build was viable even then. I used one that wasn't even a full on hacking build. Probably why some things got nerfed. I personally loved the build I had then, I used a sniper rifle (the one that actually looks like a real world weapon, forgot it's name) and would shoot most enemies through walls and when I got bored I'd just stroll through the middle of a crowd causing all their brains to explode.

My first runthrough back on release was a pure hacker, it was so damn fun to hit people with spreading contagion, suicide and cyberpsychosis, clearing out entire buildings, lethally or non lethally in a minute, its real fun and rewarding I will admit i did it on first playthrough because i was on ps4 going at like 15fps when it ran well, so gunfights were off the table, but hacking was perfect for it

I always thought the NetWatch Netdriver MK5 would be the best deck for Kiwi due to the massive spread and increased damage. NetWatch Netdriver MK5 - Allows you to perform quickhacks on targets and devices while scanning. - Offensive quickhacks can be uploaded to 3 targets within a 6-meter radius. - Increases damage dealt by quickhacks by 30% - Increases cyberdeck RAM recovery rate by 9 unit(s) per 60 sec. - Increases quickhacks spread distance by 60%. Tetratronic Rippler MK4 - Allows you to perform quickhacks on targets and devices while scanning. - All quickhacks cooldown are reduced by 45%. - Upload time is reduced by 75%. - Ultimate quickhacks can spread once. - Cost of Ultimate quickhacks is reduced by 3. We see Kiwi spreading her hacks to tons of people simultaneously but the Rippler only spreads once. So did you only use the Rippler for this video because you already used the Netdriver for Lucy? If anything I would have reversed the decks as Lucy seemed incredibly fast with hacking single targets (= Rippler) while Kiwi seemed to focus on spreading hacks to as many enemies as possible (= Netdriver). I'd love to hear people's opinions on this as it's been a while since I last played Cyberpunk. But my Netrunner build used the Netdriver MK5 and just killed entire buildings with ease.

I ran a similar build with contagion being my favourite. I rarely even let them see me. Hack a camera and leapfrog through the cameras tagging everyone and unleashing a plague or creating cyber psychos.

If you min-max properly, Netrunner is the most OP build in the game. I'm a level 50 ninja netrunner with 800 health, 2k armor, and a single Short Circuit or Overheat quickhack takes out most enemies. The legendary Netrunner Mk.5 cyberdeck also uploads a single quickhack to up to 3 enemies in a 6m radius, meaning you can take out small clusters in seconds. With the proper perks, that single cluster (affected by a single quickhack) can instantly give you 5 stacks of Cold Blood to enter combat with. Using quickhacks, I can empty an entire encampment of enemies in seconds. I have 30 RAM to play with, and all of the corresponding perks. Even my ultimate perks (suicide, detonate grenade) only cost 7 RAM, with Short Circuit, Overheat and Synapse Burnout cost 2-4 RAM each. Then there's the intelligence perk that makes it so RAM doesn't drop below a certain threshold (3 tiers: 2/3/4). My RAM cannot drop below 4. My offensive quickhacks cap at 4 RAM. There's never a situation where I can't use one of those three, and Short Circuit has an insanely quick cooldown.

Going full netrunner, i don't even bother with stealth anymore, there is just nothing anyone can do to even slow you down. CDPR should have really made some chromeless enemies that are simply immune to being hacked, or some sort of firewall mechanic that maybe mitigated some of your hacks at least partially.

This is probably my favorite build. By the way, I noticed that if you put extra perk points in Sapper, Shrapnel, and Bigger Booms, the Detonate Grenade Quickhack is much more effective. Only if they have lethal grenades equipped though; you're out of luck if they only have stun grenades.

Synapse Burnout is an underrated hack. It doesn’t spread, but you can upload it in quick succession with Rippler and it’s awesome watching enemies eyes explode. It looks painful

Why does Suicide require crit chance? I'm not seeing why it's being stacked so high

Why do you not use the over skill points is it to show what ones you need or is there a mechanic in game that does stop from using all points just wanted to know. Thank you for the answer

Just to show the “minimum” that is required to make the build work. You can add the remaining points on anything you want to make it stronger.

I made this build... it's my current one. I stopped needing weapons sooner than expected. I still had to spend the rest of my perks so I used crafting and pistols to add a little variety.

I've done a cyber terrorist build and while it does feel slightly clunky having to tab scroll all the time, it does give the feeling of a walking plague, anything you see is going to die... no need to run, death is already inside your mind. Though I still am more of a run into a hail of bullets and return to monke lover.
