As a photographer player, glad you tried him out! Joseph is a less enticing hunter but winning with him is fun 3:07 instead of hitting a person in camera when they are near a cipher + camera, its a good chance the person is decoding in real world so you can attempt to ts! 4:23 josephs hit box is 180, aka wider rather than long like wuchang 7:04 you can find a general direction of survivors by leaving chair and flicking card for 2 seconds then releasing! Your camera will face the survivor! 22:20 You should start time space the second you see a survivor, how it works is it takes x amount of seconds to back step to where you were x seconds ago. This trick is better for teleportation and going back or stopping a loop! How to use it? His foot steps span 15 seconds out, there will be a circle where you will end up after releasing card. Not much aside from that, wonderful video as always zeez!

as a joseph main the reason i find his matches fun is because of the exact reason you find it boring lol, no chase and long matches. i love experimenting with the gameplay style instead of just chasing, i think joseph being able to switch to the camera world during a hard chase is really useful. i really wish netease would nerf cipher rush cause long matches would be way more fun overall. i sometimes play dbd with my friends and each match lasts atleast 10 minutes which really makes it more fun, atleast for me. i dont think joseph is a good hunter at all but atleast hes fun when you know how to surprise people! thats my greatest pleasure in this game lol. i love being unpredictable with him. if only this game didnt keep making such strong kiter and stunners. because there are so many survivors that have stun abilities, the only way to counter them especially in rank is to pick hunters that have strong and fast chase. while this is a given, i think seeing different hunters being played rather than the same 5 hunters all the time would be way better!

When you're starting, I would actually recommend listen as your trait! Wait a little bit before you set up the mirror world so people will be at a cipher. In the mirror world use listen, that way you can see them decoding and get to them immediately

a trick I like to do (when there is no doc) is to only hit survivors once in camera world if i don't think i can chair them. that makes it so they can't heal to full health so they'll always be a one hit down

A cool trick Joseph can do is teleport to an exit gate if he had his card trick on the other one. And then use the trick to basically teleport to the other exit gate

As a joseph main i reccomemd you find your first target, then after you chair someone take a picture and go into the mirror world then down a bunch of survivors you mostly dont wanna chair right away and downing then makes them lose hp , the survivors can go into the mirror world and rescue and heal the mirrored images so be careful of that, playing him is kinda hard but for persona build you should bring trump card and detention because for end game you can down a bunch of people if you still have survivors at end game, always bring blink first then trump card swap teleport when 2 ciphers are left, also for the card joseph has, to reverse time kinda it has a circle where you would land so wait till its where u wanna be and then click it but it will go away if u stabd there for a long time because it only is ur foot trial is so itll dissappear at time, hope this helped goodluck playing jojo in future matches 🫶🫶

Doctor is always a funny counterpick bc imo she counters Jojo in everything BUT chase so its usually fine to chase her first (in real world). Because she has to heal 3 times in order to not go down as opposed to 1 time. But yeah as a support against jojo, she hard counters. Thats also why i think jojo is kinda better in rank with area selection. like you know where everyone is not just in spawn but also who. helps him out a lot. On the persona web: since jojo doesnt have anything to help him prevent/delay a rescue, i would personally take berserker / slower healing / display survivors who are healing (on small maps) / hunt on him over control freak. Berserker Jojo is kind of insane since he alr has a pretty quick atk recovery as-is. Taking the faster ballooning animation is also funny for him since he does balloon a lot but idk how substantial it is. Esp since you have to take wanted order too, which can be good to find people but Joseph doesn't have the mobility to properly make use of that. (Trump card direction is always good for faster baloon walking speed! :D) 17:50 me crying bc you didnt see the Prisoner next to you shshs 18:00 the early dance emotes can be done while running, im pretty sure it works for doctor, gardener, perfumer, female dancer. 20:00 help- your laugh was contagious there. youre stronger than me bc i would have interpreted all that emoting as taunting and thanked them for the throwing sjsjsj 23:00 the gk's dmg.......

10:56 I think it’s shows the nearest downed or damaged survivors after the camera world ends. Basically wherever your camera is facing after using it is where a survivor is. A Joesph main would know far better then I would. Your camera faces the opposite direction so I’m guessing that it was telling you where Perfumer was.
