As weird as this might be, I usually use the Proteus and Harbinger for 1v1s. No idea why, but they feel great. My friends call the Harbinger by the name "Fat Fennec" and it took me from Plat 1 to Diamond 1 in 1v1s.

Fun fact: the harbinger is one of the best fits for the octane hitbox. Miles better than both the fennec and the octane itself.

The MR11 is a car so erased to time that I don't think I've ever seen it ingame or in a video aside from the month the car came out. Doesn't help that it was a DLC exclusive car, but it certainly is one of the most forgettable cars in the game, if not the most forgettable.
