Feels like the last team went all-in on a target more consistently where Emongg's team would make a call but still split damage on peeling for JQ or Tracer before the call-out target went down. I also noticed their Lucio consistently starved Emongg of heals by booping any Carnages from landing 90% of the time. It seemed to make a huge difference in killing the tank first most fights.
