Koga brought in the music for lock o n and armmy added lyrics. Broken hearted was given to them I think by one of the babymetal guys as a whole song. Ben Jan den was an improve that hana arraigned and and worked with armmy on the insertion of sexy… To the best of my knowledge all other songs In the first year we’re musically created/arraigned by Hana and had armmy add lyrics afterward. The amazing thing was that as far as I know Hana had never written a song before except maybe ina class. One of koga’s many male friends did arraignments so he agreed to help helped throughout the first year. Also I believe Hana did the lyrics for more power ad they have her more moralist quality while everything armmy put out there was some form of “SEXY.” Through the years only oreo has claimed to have created any songs; the snow globe song forever nineteen. All other songs were written by ‘gacharic spin’ meaning Hana… now I’m sure Hana took input from the others especially on their own instruments. Look at the Beatles, one the greatest bands of all time and the amazing thing was that they had two great writers. I know ringo wasn’t knocking out hit after hit. Also it’s pretty easy to tell who’s song is which. The subject matter and style are quite different.

You are correct about Hana putting together the various ideas from the members and arranging the songs. But the original song pitches/ideas always came from all the members. Sometimes it was a collab of them all with everyone pitching in. I remember Koga saying, that they thought, they needed to make a song about JUMP(ing). Then the crew went to work :D Only exception to Hana being in charge was the second D$B-album High $pec, where Tomo-Zo was the leader/director. As to your claim, that it is easy to tell who wrote what, I personally can't tell (most of the times). Sometimes I thought a song was written by Hana and then I hear it being played by Oreo on one of her solo shows and then I'm sure it was written by Oreo. LOL And I would not have thought, that Mindset was more or less all Tomo-Zo, escpecially the middle part. *shrug* And lastly I think that The Beatles had 3 great songwriters, but one was suppressed by the other 2, just sayin' ;)

The power of Gacharic Spin! They can take many disparate styles and musical ideas and stick them all together into their own unique style!

This is a song that was written when they were a 4-piece (b, dr, gt, voc). iirc the lyrics to the songs were written by the singer (Armmy), the music was written by the instrumentalists. My guess is, that the music was there first with a basic melody for the vocalist. Once the lyrics were finished, the melody was finalized. But you'd have to ask the band, how this particular song was written, cause all members of GS contribute to the songwriting process. Cheers :)

I agree about what you said about their arrangements. If any other band had made this song I probably wouldn't like it. GS have a secret weapon in how they arrange their songs that make them very unique and interesting. If you want to listen to this song on your own time, go for the live 2019 version. Both the sound and the performance is better. If you need more Gacharic Spin, I'll recommend Tamashii live 2019 kzbin.info/www/bejne/gKWaXnp9h8ZmpMU It could be accompanied or followed by the "we are bored during lockdown"-version kzbin.info/www/bejne/eqvSqYGNg9N5ptk
