So just over a year ago, I promised myself I was going to get the best shape of my life. I’ve been doing 40+ mile months out on the treadmill and on the street, hitting the weight room 3 or 4 days a week, doing all the things I wanted to do to get into great shape.
We had a fun trip up to Tampa the other weekend to do the @spartanrace at Raymond James Stadium. We all had a frickin’ blast, but then the next day I got to see the results and was surprised to see that I was in the top 25 of all 4000 people. Damn, that felt good!
To me it says: time to go to the competitive series!
It had me double focus and double down. We're putting in more miles, putting in more time in the weight room, stacking on nutrition a little better. Come join in on the journey. I'd love to hear where you guys are going and what your goals are.
