@28:30 maybe a mind game but worth trying to play the Fear of being Hunted, attacking with all and them thinking you think you just have to try to push damage and that maybe you don't know about the annex kill. Maybe they make a mistake and try to eat the Fear and you get to Turn Inside Out since it has to be blocked. I feel like it was worth trying since the alternative is just being dead on board.

I'm getting brutalised as well in this format. So weird. I think I draft good decks with removal, good creatures and synergies but I cannot win.

My current deck has some of the best rakdos cards in the set, muktiples of them. Special guest damnation. Im sitting at 1-2. Only win came down to the wire. Been getting rekt. I usually manage 3-3 or better in every other set ive tried.

I dont think Mulligans were the problem, lack of removal probably is with only 12 creatures… no trapped in the screen, no unwanted remake and no sheltered by ghosts…

Definitely should have taken those scorching dragonfires when they were available, they are extremely good in this format as most good creatures gave 3 toughness or less, and exile is super relevant too.

Seeing as the rooms deck is one of the strongest in the format, I don’t see how Central elevator is “more fun than good.” It can just be a solid alternative win con in a strong control deck. Doesn’t have to be the only way you win.

you kept falling into the durdle trap during the draft, ghostly is amazing but that late into the draft the 2 drop was far more important for your deck, which had way too many of the 1 mana tricks for a non-aggressive deck. deck looked super fun but needed op to do nothing for 5 turns, also slightly greedy keeps in a couple games imo, but youre missing on board trix so this format is just tilting you

I've been having a ton of fun. It seems like there's so many ways cards synergize, and there are lots of interesting build-arounds. I feel like you can be much more creative than with bloomburrow for instance

if you were a fan of bloomburrow, probably. try looking at drafting more strategy synergies that go bigger/more control. gremlin tamer making 1/1s is good, but swinging 1/1s won't win you the game unlike with bloomburrow. also, this is a main-deck enchantment removal format
