I don't think Larry should join the angels. That's asking for trouble, he's going to rearrange the plants and pick on the slow moving angels

Be careful with the lobster. They eat plants a lot and they can overpower surprisingly large fish if the fish are slow moving enough.

That crayfish, Larry I think you called him, will take those angels out if you pop him in there. Reach out and grab 'em while they're resting and slowly eat them alive. Really he would be best in his own tank, but could be kept with small and fast moving fish. Though you can't ever guarantee he wont manage to nab one! I also reckon it would be good to put a cave in the quarantine for him. He'll get getting stressed without a hidy-hole and all those largish fish swimming around. :-)

@@josietackett704, yep. I had a cold water species in its own tank when I was a kid. One one day I decided to liven the tank up with some goldfish. I came down one morning and the crayfish had hold of one and was slowly eating it whilst it was still alive. I was distraught at what I had done and promptly relocated the rest.

Reading through all these comments and it seems like Larry is going to be quite the troublemaker. Maybe will need to keep one of those smaller tanks just for him. Would be neat maybe to give him lots of sand to watch him dig in.

My koi are so friendly when I put a net in my pond to clean leaves and other stuff they swim into it and I have to push them out with my hand. They just swim back in 😆. The always come over for a pet when I put my hand in. They all have different personalities.

I have had a African desert tortoise for 20 years and it rarely if ever soaks so it’s probably not that big of an issue, now this is in Louisiana where it lives outside year-round and lots of rain and humidity so that probably makes a difference.

all your pacu are just impressive!!!!!!!!! when i was young me and my brother seen our 1st large fish tanks and pacu at Shelby Aquarium in shelby Michigan and knew from then on we would have big fish and big tanks.. unfortunately years later some dirt bags beat the owner up and killed all the fish.. pretty sad.

big tip to take larry the lobster out of the angel fish tank. first night i came home with my 4 platinum angels my crayfish got one within 15 minutes of me turning the light off, took him out right away and put him in my 20 gallon

I use a plastic sled with some small pieces of flagstone as steps for my smaller Sulcata. The hint is to put a small (6") solar fountain in it as they don't like to use water that isn't moving. My older guy is 12 and I just learned that 3 years ago. Make sure it's easy to clean too as they like to deficate in the water.

Josh tried to catch him but it was basically impossible with all that space. Bass and clown knife fish are not put in the monster pond because they would actively hunt down the cichlid colony. The bass was eaten/caught over night by an unknown monster pool mate. HAGD!!!
