my wife and i loved our time in reykjavik in Februray 2023, for our anniversary trip. It was cold (not as cold as I thought though) and snowy. Because it was winter we did not rent a car but stayed at the hotel holt and walked or took guided tours every where. I don't know if you knew of the Phallological Museum in Reykjavik, but it was interesting; my wife enjoyed it (too much I think). It was great to see the locations we visited again, selfoss and thingvelir as well as the blue lagoon. I want to return in the summertime to compare the adventures; yours looked like fun! Thanks so much for making me remember our time there.

It was! We made the best of it though. Weather can be unpredictable and we knew the country can get pretty windy, but at least we didn't get rained out of anything. Yeah, it was so amazing. We made it two video. We could have even made more there just so much to see. Every road take you to a place that doesn't feel real.

In the 80s growing up in southern California, we had family friends who had a pretty big piece of land that only had sulfur water. After an hour or so, you don't smell it anymore, and it's really good for your skin and clothes, LOL Another great vlog guys❤🎉

Haha it is not for the faint of heart. We just finished a series on the ring road and it was epic. Can’t wait to go back in summer. Winter is pretty intense. The volcano just erupted so we missed the blue lagoon.

Thanks. We'd had put it on hold because everyone said it would be expensive but decided to go for it eventually. The Sulfur smell is luckily in very few areas with geothermic activity and you do get somewhat used to it.

Have fun! Have a wind breaker and/or rain jacket. Even in the summer months we were wearing long sleeves and a warm jacket. Tony said his red winter jacket was too much so maybe something in-between that would be suitable for the weather.
