That's a very sweeping and absolute statement. She's literally learning. Alright she's gone for her test far too soon and she doesn't seem to completely understand her mistakes yet but that's a process for everyone, that's why driving instructors exist. Lots of learners pick up that terrible driving is the norm from being around it their entire lives and therefor really struggle to understand and meet the driving test standard. English is also an additional language for her, so as a non native speaker she has to translate every instruction and everything she's being told which probably really affects her reactions and response to instruction. You have no way of knowing that she doesn't care, there's no universal facial expression for showing value for someone's opinion. She literally said at the end that she needed more practice, if she had tried to argue or be defensive then sure, but what more do you want? Just because she didn't break down sobbing doesn't mean she doesn't care. Again, as a non-native speaker she has to expend extra cognition to process what he's saying, a lot of people look a bit blank when they're really concentrating. I think this instructor is really bad for throwing the learners under the bus to write these click-bait video titles, he also needs to address commenters feeling entitled to criticise these learners characters.

Think of it as being a test you're able to take whenever ur ready (ik that seems obvious). But when you think of it that way you know u have to prioritise set dates such as A level exams that CANNOT be changed. If possible drive with a relative or friend to boost your confidence before resuming lessons and use it to reinforce what you have already learned or may be re-learning. Just don't get into "bad" habits before the test hehe. I wish u the best of luck.

Your amazing! I feel sad. I've paid over 3 grand And much ... much more) worth of auto lesson with little improvement. Probably my skills anyway. I really need my license for my two toddler's but keep feeling like I'm rubbish. I think my instructor knows how bad I am too. Failed my first exam. It's just alot. Hope I can pass second time

People like this should not drive. It’s completely unsafe and her attitude is so nonchalant it’s terrifying

It's not often I say this but I hope she fails until she actually looks or drives like she gives a damn. You are in charge of a tonne of metal that can kill sorry if I sound harsh but she is oblivious to anything around her, I'm sure once she becomes a lot more aware of other vehicles I'm sure she will make a decent driver, you have to drive everyone else is a learner. And be prepared for other ppl,s mistakes, I hope she reads the comments but somehow I dont think she will. Keep practicing you will hopefully get there in the end.
@stephenodriscolllynch51602 жыл бұрын
Ya she just doesn't give a shit sorry but it's true
@Qurann212 жыл бұрын
You're weird for this alone. She could just simply be nervous and alot of people make silly mistakes that they never usually do when they know theyre being examined and vulnerable to scrutiny, let alone when being filmed for hundreds of thousands to see aswell
@Qurann212 жыл бұрын
Like for e.g. yeah she didn't fully stop at the stop sign but it's not like she wasn't continuously looking and saw that it was safe to continue on

If she did pass, it means she's proved to the examiner that she's road worthy so no need to be salty about it Suzanne

Bless her, I think she's too eager which is doing her a disservice. She needs to take in all the information she can and just take her time.

I know she made numerous mistakes, but the driving through the wrong lane in the roundabouts have got me cringing cause its so scary and can cause crashes so easily. I hope she takes this feedback and improves.

would the updated road rules have any effect on this situation? 11:50
@wumpty932 жыл бұрын
Yes but it's the pedestrians responsibility the check it's safe before crossing. But if they stepped out on the road, then it's the drivers responsibility to keep them safe and give them right of way.

We also need to be a mind reader, on which exit she wants to take (constantly indicating to go round it, no to turn off it). That little slip road on that dual carriageway, is absolutely horrible, especially for bigger vehicles. She seems to be the type of people who go, "that bike came out of no where". No. It's cause of your poor observations.
