For those who do not know Marcelito's story ~ Marcelito's father was incarcerated and, at just age 7, his mother abandoned him on the poverty ridden streets of a city in Thd Philippines. He would sing to comfort himself when he was so afraid and lost. To survive, he cleaned chicken coops for coins and he sang to the chickens. There is a certain magic when Marcelito sings. His kind spirit and character shine through. With all of that he remained kind, gentle and humble. He has had absolutely no vocal training and is self taught. He can sing all genres of music, both male and female vocals and in 6 languages. He is an advocate for the poor and disabled and children and the elderly. He is a true inspiration.

Check out his life story; it is worthy of a movie.I had the great privilege of meeting and watching him live in concert in June of 2019 in Toronto.
