I tried losing weight for years... For me, it really clicked after I stopped looking for a quick fix. I can only recommend watching the video ‘Why They Don’t Want You to Lose Weight’ by Christian Weninger. Feel like an ad for it lol, but I’m honestly just really happy that I was finally able to drop 15 lbs and maybe it helps you too ❤
