Taking a Salewa essentially saves you time instead of using eg. a calok and then healing u just press ur Salewa hotkey. Plus u don't need to spend 3 slots (calok or march, bandage and heal) just to stop all kinds of bleedings and to heal. Ofc it's essentially more expensive to use a Salewa but I doubt that money is a problem here. Same if all other kind of aid kits.
