It’s the people who like to call some of us certain terms that got a little upset that they started making fun of them harder at the beginning, but they get to miss them making fun of Disney since they got so upset 🤣🤣🤣 idk why that side forgot this show makes fun of both sides actually! 😂😂 I’m loving this show and this season as been pure insanity
@Saje3D4 ай бұрын
It doesn’t make fun of “both sides.” It mocks corporate, performative “wokeness” as opposed to genuine acceptance and support. How Vaught (not the “other side”) immediately commodified Maeve’s alleged lesbianism to profit from it. Not both sides. Might seem that way if you don’t want to recognize the difference between purely performative stuff and sincere inclusion.

The writing is all over the place and full of plot holes. Starlight pops Neumann in the face for a single backhanded comment. Huey and his Mom euthanize Simon Pegg's character on their own IN A HOSPITAL, which is just ludicrous. Butcher and Jeffrey Dean Morgan's character somehow kidnap Sameer and amputate his leg with no one else noticing. Calling this season weaker than the others is justified.
@bobsaget96754 ай бұрын
This is definitely the worst season so far. Doesn't mean it's bad, means it's not up to par. There's a lot of plot armor, is my main problem.
@jakelockley72084 ай бұрын
@@matthewtopping2061bro, Annie was still more than frustrated about Firecracker so she didn't want to take Neuman's bullshit either, that's why she punched her. They euthanize Hughie's father in a hospital because there's literally no other place where they can find the same drugs to k1ll him, so I wouldn't call it a plothole. No one was gonna notice Butcher kidnapped Sameer since everyone was quite busy with the flying sheeps with V, so among that chaos it was easier for Butcher. Some of you just complain about this season for the sake of complaining. It's true many things are happening but those many things are being handled well and you shouldn't complain about this. The quality of this season is 10/10.

pausing and reading all the movie names at v52 was so fun, this episode had me hysterically sobbing one minute and laughing so hard 2 seconds later. also, butcher only knows about the virus because he went to the woods at the end of gen v. the only people who know are vought and vicky’s team + the boys now. also also, vicky is hiding being a supe for political gain right now, not entirely because she’s ashamed (she still is in a way because of the self doubt instilled by edgar and what homelander said a few episodes ago, but its mostly for political gain)

I have multiple questions about the episode like why doesnt numan just pop the sheeps heads, why dont they just get the sheeps blood that should be fully infected with the virus at that point, and does Joe actually exist because hes the only way possible butcher cut his leg off and the cops did nothing, because how did they not see him in the barn? Only way is if Joe is real and told them not to do anything about it. Seems like a ton of plot holes this episode.

Frenchy was ruined this season , his storyline went downhill so fast ( taking drugs instead of backing up kimiko, sleeping with that guy knowing what he did to his family and now he puts our guys at risk by turning himself in to the police) never been a fan but like storyline is at its worst
@jakelockley72084 ай бұрын
Dudes like you simply like to hate, and let me tell you why: Frenchie ALWAYS was a bi, other thing is that they never clarified that in the TV series but in the comics he never was simply an hetero or a gay. A storyline about him ending up with a guy and then remembering he killed that guy's family is perfect if you want him to face off his demons. Same with Kimiko and the other Japanese girl that tried to kill her in this season: both Frenchie and Kimiko, in different ways, are facing off the past and what they did wrong. I don't think that's ruining a storyline, but everything that involves a homosexual relationship has to be forced according to you, right? It doesn't make sense to have Frenchie and Kimiko together when they can't resolve each other's problems (and they literally said this in an episode of this season), and they have their own demons. Sorry for the large text but I wanted to explain myself clearly.
@eglantinepapeau15824 ай бұрын
@@jakelockley7208 my problem is him knowing he committed the massacre and STILL chose to sleep with the man , it's gross and i fail to see how it serves the story , it would have been gross if he did it to Kimiko . Frenchy has been a useless annoying character since the beginning , and every character paired with him gets dragged in his boring storylines . Unlike many people I'm gad he's not with Kimiko anymore , an ACTUAL interesting and badass character , more badass than Starlight for sure . Starlight can join Frenchie on the bench : between her new scary face , her condescending dialogue , inability to train properly to increase her powers (plural: super strength, can fly with beams, can project beams , is bulletproof , can blind people yet she barely does anything with all that) ...etc

Not every supe is Homelander or Neuman. It is the point that they are particularly powerful and durable but i do agree that she should have used her powers more. Because in this ep they act like she is defenseless.
