The people who wrote and directed that short film basically said "Let's give a huge 'fuck you' to the Twilight series and all the people who think that that is what vampires are supposed to be like". I've always loved the original vampires that hunt at night and burn in the sun, not that sparkly, feed on animals shit. Loved it, well done👏👏👏

4:30 If she hasn't read Dracula, then she probably has no idea that one of the inspirations for Dracula was Vlad the Impaler, one of the most brutal and vicious tyrants of the millenium (re how he got that nickname), or that vampires are also used as a metaphor for the aristocracy who feed of the livelihood of those beneath them. agenttheater5 YES! Finally, someone who actually knows vampires, Dracula, Vlad the Impaler, and the symbolism that vampires have represented. Vampires weaknesses were sometimes symbolism too. Like them only entering a building after being invited in. Symbolic for a person letting sin enter their heart. There were others as well but I’ve forgotten them.
