My advice with any animal or person, to teach a lesson they have to know what it is about and not in an angry manner. He is teething perhaps get him things to chew on. Provoking an animal regardless if it is on purpose or not, they will react. He loves your family, but there has to be a reason to what happened yesterday. There are always three sides to a story hers, his, and the truth. Maybe put cameras in the home so you can see what is causing it and that could help you fix it, and the lesson then is learned. I believe you and your family love Kiti, but maybe educate yourself on the mannerisms of Macques male baby monkeys. That could help you understand and control his fits a little bit better. Kiti is precious but he certainly has an abundance of energy, even from the beginning! He is getting bigger and needs to burn off his energy! He seems to like when you take him to your grandmother’s huge property where he can run around and climb trees to tire himself out! Not sure how much of a back yard you have, but you could set up some sort of climbing ropes and exercise bars for him. Check out SinSin and ZiZi to see what I’m talking about, good luck! Hello Kiti mom. I just want to say you are a good and kind lady and have done a good job so far socializing Kiti as part of your family unit. Like any bad behaviour in a family., you as the parent have to defend the justice in your family for all concerned.If Kiti bite your daughter of course, it is not good and kiti needs to know what he did was not acceptable behaviour.. I consider your reaction normal for what happened, You disciplined Kiti and that was the correct thing to do. Kiti needs to understand that it has to live by your house rules. Imagine if Kiti bit a stranger? I do not know about your country Vietnam, but in other countries, if an animal bites another human or even another animal it can become serious and costly. , if an animal hurt a stranger or someone elses animal and then they have injuries and health problems from your animal hurting them, they can come back legally to you and make you pay for the damages and make your life very miserable. So I think, yes Kitii needs good discipline to learn to be very social within the society and family unit he lives in.. We love you Kiiti mom. You are a good, loving caring mother.
