I had no idea of this video until now. What is seen here is not an arrival, or a destination. We are still expanding beyond the changeless. It’s a recognition of what’s always been here, concealed under layers of psychological~emotional , superficial conditioning. You are like the sun being totally overcast by clouds and heavy fog. This, the woman in the video, happened to my psychological person. He totally evaporated! But I was still here. I was reborn on November 2018. I had non stop crying and laughter on and off for 2 months after that. It was totally uncontrollable. My girlfriend at the time found it strange at times but funny. And inspiring. When we watched movies and people “died” in them I would burst into laughter. Because there was a deeper understanding of that. “Death” is not at all what some think it to be. I’ve just found this video as I am looking for other people that had the same happen to their mind. This only happens to the mind made construction of the person we call, “me.” It’s not in truth a happening. It’s the realisation of the illusory and then the freedom from that, which causes this laughter. There is a self, but it’s not at all what one thinks it to be. It’s you! It’s not needy or insecure. Just free to be. No more no less ❤️
