@@leolicursi3536 If you’re going by that pretentious read into things that aren’t there Bowie/Morrisey and them man is “real” art definition, then So Solid Crew are the greatest collective of musicians ever assembled in the U.K. This track birthed an entire culture nationwide, kids up north were mc’ing in garages, kids down south were starting pirate radio stations, channel U spawned on the back of this and half the current U.K. music scene came from that. The police and the government tried to shut them down and failed, whole set of them came on top of the pops, scared the middle class and turned their kids into roadmen wannabes. Patois became ingrained into everyday language and tracksuits became uniform. Name one David Bowie song that had a fraction of that impact.

The song title alludes to the approximate 21 seconds that each of the band members is given to perform their rap. 21 seconds is arrived at as the song's tempo is approximately 140BPM and each rapper has 12 bars of 4 beats (48 beats at 140BPM, when worked out to the nearest integer, rounds to 21 seconds).
