Bro I'm 29 now and reached good place in career with expected package after multiple job switches. But for some reasons i lack the interest to perform well in my career. Just doing the bare minimum in career to meet the expectations of job descriptions. Things that used to excite me doesn't excite me anymore. Any advice ? (Ps. 8 yrs into career with first 4 yrs as Software developer and next 4 yrs as Product Manager.

I would assume it’s just burn out and life wouldn’t be as exciting lol If I were you, I would focus on finding a new hobby or pursue new interests. OR, switch to different industry altogether.

The career oriented problem i face right now is : 'Being a fresher in a rough job market' Its like playing the game of career in hard mode. Eventhough I have a good amount of skills in my toolbelt, the high competition Makes things feel impossible

There is no such thing as a “Fresher” my guy. The system promises many things but doesn’t full fill any of them. You gotta be a go getter.

@@ShravanAvyuktaVlogs Skill wise - I can build any products using MERN stack. But, most recruiters hire based on 'Years of Formal work experience', That's where I am at a disatvantage
