If you want a happening place yeah then it's the best choice and location. But you get a lot of problems too like a lot of homeless, traffic, crazy expensive, very small houses. But If you want calmness, room for breathe then I would say suburbs of Missisauga are a great choice. They are modern built, big houses, no traffic, extremely camn. However, crazy expensive too(Houses, car theft, crazy car insurance). But I would personally hamilton/burlington. Anyways, this would be great choice in terms of investment. Happy for you!
