it would be good if you do them in order from when they became known in a lot of countries from their win of the eurovision song contest. the eurovision song contest is where each european country sends a singer or group to represent them in a singing compatiton once every year.the country that wins hosts it the next year. last year the ukraine won but couldn't host it so the uk who came second hosted it in liverpool( where the beatles come from)in their honor. ABBA won it in 1974 in brighton on the south coast of england with a song called waterloo.

That is a good performance but I think another live performance was even better from Agnetha. The video version is simply titled "ABBA - S.O.S. 1975" My least favourite is the official video which doesn't do them justice.

Agnetha is singing, & she & husband Bjorn (clean-shaven) were having marital difficulties, resulting in divorce. Bjorn wrote the song out of the emotions, but maintains it's not a strict account of the breakup. Thanks for your reaction.

My advice is to ignore advice!!😊 and randomly pick any of the 130+ ABBA songs. You MIGHT find one you do not like! That makes for a more interesting reaction. There are a lot of hidden gems.

I understand and understand that we all have different tastes and opinions, and all are respectable I saw your extensive list of 25 essential songs, to which you later add a bonus of 37 more (62 recommendations in total) What surprises me is that you totally ignore the "Voyage" album, especially with its comeback songs. Are "I still have faith in you" and "Don't shut me down" not essential? It do not enter the bonuses "Just a notion" or "Kep an eye on Dan" (for example)?

@@eduardooscar309 I agree totally which is why I said a random sampling is best. A person's reaction may be influenced by a dozen people having suggested a song - i. e. so it MUST be good! Even a single request may lead to a wish not to disappoint. There are some ABBA songs which I think merit criticism. I am interested in what others think of them in case I am missing something🙂

And in fact, I also think that ABBA has weak songs (like any artist, even THE BEATLES) That's why I do believe that there is a way to listen to ABBA ABBA UK Top 10 20 or Gold album is a solid base to start It all depends on the time that each reactor wants to dedicate to ABBA, there are very few who want to explore the entire catalog, the vast majority do not listen to more than 10 songs Because also makes reactions from other artists.
