Hey great video! Did you install the decked system with the topper still on the truck? I have a heavy fiberglass ARE on my 3/4 ton Ram. I do not want to take it off if I don’t have to. Thanks

I see where you show the gap between the box and tail gate. How big is the gap at the front of the bed (nearest the cab)to the box? I have a custom head ache rack that sticks out about 2 inches from the front of bed. Hoping it would not interfere with this DECK system.

Do the drawers extend the full depth of the bed? Like lift up past the lock stop to access the rest? Or do you lose 2 ft?

Great idea but you lose like ¾ of your bed depth

Haven’t overly run into an issue from that. Like him I’ve got a shell on mine and you won’t really notice it. It really would use it to store legit jacks, straps, cables etc in it. Sure you could get a bed tool box but then you’ll loose 1/3 of your truck length.

You're in it for a couple of hours, but you'll definitely want an extra set of hands to help streamline the assembly process and help lift it into the bed. We'd estimate 1.5 to 2.5 hours start to finish.

So I’m paying almost 2k for less bed depth and something that isn’t fully waterproof? And If I’m pulling a trailer that has a jack mounted on the front and I can’t get my bed down then I can’t even get into it lol

Decked stuff is crap....Highway Products out of Oregon is far superior and will last a lot longer. Not plastic crap like Decked.

Not really. I personally have both..... Or had. Had a tacoma for overlanding it's awesome for putting more junk in the deck system. Highway product slide out on my f150. If you're going to use your truck as a truck not really useful. You lose a lot of space and the highway slide out you lose about 4" on each side.
