Awesome to see the machine still there and left alone. I am sure it was a hard call to leave it. Pro looks amazing on 36’s!! I had to rewind to make sure I heard you right when you said 36’s!!! Definitely do more orienteering but make sure to have better cold weather gear to you don’t get messed up. Keep the great content coming.
@Ericsnowmobiler4 жыл бұрын
For all those who said why don’t you just put tires on it and do the trip that way I hope you were watching. This is why a dozer pushes better than a backhoe. You can push with a backhoe but not like a dozer. You can kinda run your skid steer in the mud but not like one on tracks. It’s the same in snow
@Travcity14 жыл бұрын
That was the best 3 videos I have watched in a while. Thanks for the sacrifices for our pleasure. Nice job. You guys probably would have never got stuck and broke down without the tracks all together.

Sucks when you have to abandon a vehicle and come back for it. Reminds me of my dad’s Nissan Pathfinder in the snow and had to come back couple weeks later. Luckily wasn’t touched and came out fine. Glad you guys got it back okay. 👍🏻👍🏻

Lesson 1: Better recovery gear. Try Yankum dynamic towing ropes like Matt's Offroad Recovery uses. Probably a 3/4'" or 1" Yankum stretch rope would have allowed you to yank that Polaris out of the hole the first day. You definitely wouldn't have broken it. Regardless, good work getting everything back in [almost] one piece. As always, thanks much for sharing. Steve

Dang ,tough break guys . People don’t ever think about the what if’s. You guys were prepared and still got stranded . Not to mention the weather . Your situation could have been very serious or even worse . Other than a little damage to a machine you all are ok . There are some serious lessons to be learned here ,maybe some future videos on cold weather riding and preparedness. People look up to you guys myself included. I’m sure your advice would be welcome by all . Great recovery and glad all is good and god bless that back having battle dad !!
